Does submitting my address guarantee service?
No. JW Masonry reviews the address, driveway, and available route capacity before offering service.
What does “first qualifying plow free” mean?
The offer applies to the first driveway plow that meets the agreed snowfall trigger and promotion terms after the address is approved.
Do I have to subscribe for the whole winter?
No. There is no seasonal subscription. After the introductory offer, each completed plow is billed at the approved driveway rate.
Are walkways, salt, or snow hauling included?
Not automatically. Any add-on service must be included in the written quote.
What if my address is outside the current route?
JW Masonry will let you know after reviewing the request. Confirmation emails and form submissions do not reserve a route opening.
